BeautifuL Day (2005-02-23)

woke up late this morning *doh* but still made it to class in time =D It's nice to walk to the bus stop when the weather is so nice...

Class was OK...we didn't get our midterms back (argh) but she ended early again. I originally planned to stay DT to study for a bit before heading back up, but WW was packed and I didn't feel like walking to a library (or even just over to Innis) so I decided to go to Town to shop around. As I was sitting on the subway, I looked at my watch and it was only 2:30pm...if I went to Town, I'd be spending almost 2 hours there. I didn't want to waste so much time, so instead of going, I took the Kennedy bus home =) Got off and went to Walmart to buy a gluestick (haha) and passed by Carlton. Damn! I guess their closing down, b/c everything as 90% off!! Of course, they only had really crappy stuff left, and just cards...I picked out some cards (you know, those in-case-I-forget birthday cards?) and it was so funny...went to pay for them and the girl asked me if I had a club card, well, of course I do! She stamped all my cards for me (total 6 I think?) and the total...$2.22!! hahahaha =P so much fun. Damn, I guess I'm Chinese afterall...enjoying these super bargains too much, LOL!!

Then, I finally came home, made myself an udon to eat *mmmmm* (w/fried shrimp balls!) and watched Trading Spaces. I still haven't touched a single episode of "Teem Suen Yea Yea" b/c I know that once I start, I won't be able to stop!! gahhhh...=P It's 5:15pm now, and I think its time for me to get back to reading...apparently, I have 130 pages in the Bala book, a chapter in the Doob book, and oh, maybe another 100 pages or so in the course reader?! Damn...wish me luck! No sleep tonight...@_@!!!

Someone complained that the topics I cover in my DL are not of her interest (blah). HAHA...so I'm supposed to write about stuff that intrigues her and has to do with her...well, she also has a midterm in about 40 mins and another one tomorrow morning at 10am (man, prof so nice!)!! I don't think she really should be reading this anyway....but you never know, when I girl is bored...haha, she gets very bored =P There really isn't anything interesting that I can talk about right now because all I can think about is the YCJA (sad. but good b/c my midterm is tomorrow!)...
